ServiceNow Team Leader / Manager  

Location: Warsaw Q22 & remotely

 About You

  • You are experienced professional from large IT organization operating in Shared Services mode, either outsourced or insourced;
  • You participated in service transitions, new ITSM processes implementations and assumed process ownership role around Service Level Mgmt., Configuration Management, IPC processes;
  • You worked on ServiceNow transformation or implementation projects and initiatives as a functional lead, business analyst or technical consultant;
  • You are dynamic and ambitious person who wants to accelerate your career in the area of IT Service Mgmt. and ServiceNow technology.

 

Requirements

  • Experience in client facing consulting engagements with ServiceNow technology at its center;
  • Deep knowledge of one of the ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM;
  • Experience in IT Service Mgmt. environments either from consulting/transition or delivery organization (Change, Problem, Service Level, Major Incident, Configuration, etc.);
  • Understanding of Agile SDLC methodology;
  • Good presentation skills;
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills;
  • Analytical skills and thoroughness;
  • English advanced level, both written and spoken;
  • Ideally formal education and certification in ServiceNow modules and associated business processes (ITIL, Prince2, PMP);
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
