Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for

• Min. 1.5 years of Admin experience with an HRIS system
• Min. 1 year of super admin experience with an HRIS system
• Motivation, Interest, Positivism, Strong desire to achieve your goals;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Educated to Graduate / Postgraduate level;
• Previous work experience in HR systems is mandatory, especially super admin knowledge of SaaS/Cloud systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday);
• Strong analytical mind, creative spirit;
• Strong organizing and client facing skills;
• Fluent English language skills + 2nd language skills (German preferred)

Your future role
  • Part of/Leading an existing team on revamping Employee Central processes and defining new enhancements with cross-module impact.
  • Understanding layout of existing system architecture and offer guidance on how the Employee Central setup can be optimized.
  • Involvement in/Steering Data migration activities to adhere to overall project strategy from a functional perspective.
  • Work in a global team and be motivated to research and provide solutions within the team.
  • Client steering on EC-related enhancements and rollout strategy in collaboration with more senior colleague(s).
