Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for
  • Excellent English skills (C1); German skills would be an asset;
  • Experience in working in an international, multi-cultural organization;
  • Minimum Business degree, preferably in Communications or Marketing;
  • Relevant 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Professional Services environment;
  • Communication Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing communication campaigns, with a strong background in communications. Possessing strong conceptual, writing, and editorial skills, coupled with an innovative mindset to create compelling and engaging content;
  • Content Creation:  Support Talent Experience team on all internal communications channels, to ensure consistency in messaging and brand alignment;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align People & Purpose communications with overall organisational goals and initiatives;
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills to plan and implement effective communication strategies;
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills to oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables, contributing to a variety of exciting communication and engagement initiatives such as campaigns and events driven by Employee Resource Groups;
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement and increased engagement;
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role;
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels, including remote teams, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
Your future role

This role is crucial for ensuring effective communication and engagement within the Talent Experience team and across the firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications and a proven track record in developing and executing successful campaigns.

  • Campaign Development: Develop and execute communication campaigns to support the Talent Experience team’s initiatives;
  • Content Creation: Create and manage content (e.g. video, articles, digital poster, newsletters) for various communication channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with the team’s goals;
  • Stakeholder Management: Work collaboratively with other team members in the Talent Experience team and other business units;
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse the performance of communication campaigns and provide insights for improvement;
  • Event Coordination: Organise and coordinate internal and external events, ensuring effective communication and engagement;
  • Technology Management: Manage the technology platforms used by the Talent Experience team for communication purposes;
  • Documentation: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation related to communication campaigns.
