We are looking for a professional with a keen interest in technology and a business mind who:

  • Has a minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a tax consulting, ideally covering a diverse range of taxation matters;
  • Embraces the use of technology and (tax) innovations;
  • The ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving skills to improve the client’s experience;
  • Is familiar or has an interest in SQL, HTML5, Javascript, APEX;
  • Is a team player with a supportive attitude;
  • Has an excellent command of Romanian and English - both speaking and writing;

You can expect to help businesses pioneer best practice standards using technology to run tax processes, controls, outputs and automation solutions.

Work you will do:

  • Proactively assist in delivering Tax Technology projects for a wide variety of industries;
  • Handle multiple client engagements, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of the services;
  • Be part of a team that provides an integrated approach to technology implementations that help tax departments maximize the strategic value to the organization;
  • Design, build and implement digital Tax tools to streamline and automate processes for clients;
  • Address the challenges of multi-jurisdictional tax operations, including tax compliance, reporting, and risk management for direct and indirect taxes;
  • Act as a product owner for the various tools and be the connection between tax professionals serving clients and the development team;
  • Help push the tools in the market together with the tax professionals and pro-actively improve existing tools and optimize processes;
  • Be involved during client implementation and post implementation phases;
