- Data analysis and visualisation using standard tools (e.g. Excel, VBA, R, Python, Tableau)
- Basic understanding of JSON and scripting languages (e.g. DotLiquid or similar)
- Understanding of business modeling languages and corresponding tools
- Proven ability to manage your own workload and enjoy helping customers succeed in using products and solutions, with proper timely follow-ups
- Demonstrated success in addressing client problems creatively as well as to proactively find solutions to problems
- Good communicator / empathy
- Experience in building relationships
- Genuine interest in the user journey prior, during and post on-boarding
- A self-starter with a strong level of drive and motivation
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and any other customer success tools
- Support with investigations/red flags in metrics, working across internal cross-functional teams
You will understand and model a variety of differing business end-to-end process flows, providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) input in product delivery from a customer perspective.
You are expected to:
- Continuously seek improvements via customer feedback, monitor existing products and solutions to resolve product deficiencies while improving products and solutions through suggestions
- Directly support business units and their clients whilst maintaining a high level of quality and maximising efficiency
- Become an expert of group owned products and services both internally and externally
- Build own brand as a products and solutions subject matter expert
- Report on time spent on customer deliveries
You will be working collaboratively as part of a geographically distributed team (Hungary, UK, Spain and India) to deliver high quality, high impact service. Within the Financial Crime of FSI Risk & Regulation it is expected that every member of the team takes ownership of the complete customer journey from onboarding to off boarding. To achieve this, you will have to become a products and solutions expert, providing proactive and reactive consultation, support to external and internal client teams and partners. You will be the expert supporting the Customer Support and Delivery function during the delivery process and communicate with stakeholders when required, while building your own brand as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
