Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for
  • As the Training Consultant is a complex and cross-functional role, we expect our Consultant to have a mix of technical and soft skills:
  •  Training planning and facilitation competencies and experience
  •  Training materials development skills for digital platforms implementations
  •  Good understanding of some of the digital platforms and processes: e.g. Salesforce, Cloud Software: Sales cloud, Commerce cloud.
  •   High interest or experience in the field of knowledge transfer, ideally in a technological environment (e.g. Salesforce, Sales cloud, Commerce cloud.) or a trainer certification
  •  High level of initiative and intrinsic motivation to further develop own understanding of innovative technical solutions
  •  Structured approach to rapid change as well as complex issues and ability to conceptually analyze, optimize and implement processes
  •  Effective facilitation and communication skills
  •  Experience in providing user support on the platforms mentioned above, Salesforce Sales cloud, Commerce cloud.
  •  Strong stakeholder management skills
  •  Salesforce Admin certificate and experience would be a plus

Your future role
  •  Design, creation and implementation of learning concepts for new technologies, Salesforce Sales cloud and Commerce cloud.
  •  Development of learning materials using modern, digital and virtual learning formats
  •  Execution of technical training sessions (on site and virtual) for various target groups (e.g. management, administrator, user.
  •  Long term tracking of system improvements and provide relevant fixes within the processes.
  •  Develop new training materials and facilitate training and learning sessions for the Sales and Commerce Cloud.
  •  Preparation of the training journey throughout the roll-out pf the new technologies.
  •  Management of the in-house learning portal in order to provide an excellent learning experience through the deposit of easy to find training material.
  •  Provide and communicate continuous updates & new learning materials.
  •  Collaborate directly with the customer within assigned area of responsibility.
  •  Work in a multidisciplinary and global team
