Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for
  • Logical thinking and ability to solve IT-related problems;
  • Basic understanding of IT processes and their impact on the business;
  • High-level understanding/knowledge in one of the areas below: 
  1. business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM) 
  2. IT security 
  3. network and IT infrastructure (cloud environment will be an advantage) 
  • Fluency in English is a must (other languages will be an advantage);
  • University degree (B.Sc or higher);
  • Experience in Computer Science or related field is a plus but not required.
Your future role
  • Client support during the M&A process;
  • Communication and IT consulting (information gathering and analysis, advice on technology solutions) ;
  • Evaluation of the company’s IT strategy, systems, organization, IT infrastructure, security during the due diligence processes;
  • Cooperation with your team and other project teams (financial, commercial) during project execution.

Selection process

I stage – we will carefully read your resume

II stage – you will be asked to complete an analytical and English online test

III stage – you we be invited for HR interview

IV stage - you we be invited for Hiring Manager interview (interview contains case study)

About the team
Technology M&A Team supports clients during international M&A transactions from the IT perspective. We specialize in preparing M&A strategy, conducting due diligence, and post-merger integration. We deal with both full acquisitions and carve-outs. Our advisory covers technological areas, such as analysis and improvement of the current IT strategy, assessment of the capabilities of available applications and IT infrastructure (integrations and scalability), review and improvement of internal IT processes, increasing the level of cyber security, and regulatory compliance. We advise the largest players in the market, which gives you a very wide opportunity for personal development and the possibility to gain deep IT knowledge.
