Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for

·       Experienced Workday Senior Consultant / Manager blending SME knowledge of given Workday modules with ability to advise on best solutions and support clients in their Workday implementation journey;

·       Min. 4 years’ configuration and partner implementation experience in Workday Compensation Core, Workday Compensation Advanced and / or Workday Recruiting;

·       Experience in Workday Implementation cycle – leading or supporting phases of project implementation from Planning to Deployment;

·       Experience in leading / support client sessions – discovery, foundation, global/local design, customer confirmation sessions, etc.;

·       Focus on advising to Clients on best solutions for HR technology implementation;

·       Excellent professional proficiency in English;

·       High communication and advisory skills, fast-learning, problem-solving, well-adapting to rapid change and new responsibilities;

·       Proven track-record of maintaining excellent relationships with a client;

·       Workday Implementation Partner certification(s) will be a plus;

·       People Management experience will be a plus.


Your future role
  • Be part of vibrant Deloitte Workday practice which supports international and local customers through their implementation and/or optimization projects;  
  • Advise client, design, configure and test best solutions in Workday HCM during implementation or optimization projects;
  • Drive clients in an adaptation of current processes to the functionality of the system;
  • Act as SME / Team Leader in given module to the client and within Workday Practice and drive further capability development;
  • Problem-solving and providing advice on challenging topics or issues;
  • Support for client leadership, managers, and employees in the implementation process as a Stream Lead / SME;
  • Conduct training, knowledge transfer and coaching to client employees as part of the implementation program.
