Who we are looking for
🚀 We are looking for a new energetic and enthusiastic colleague who will help us with the transformation projects for our Finance clients
🚀 We focus on the Finance departments in different industries and support their transformation initiatives from small process changes to complex re-designs of the whole departments.

🎯 What do we expect from you 🎯

  • Background or general knowledge of business finance and finance processes (internal – e.g. invoices, controlling etc.)
  • Demonstrable affinity with IT: this can be seen in your study choice, internship, work experience or hobbies
  • Good written and oral English communication skills (must – most of the clients are English and almost all materials are English)
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint (using on daily basis)
  • Proactive approach when completing tasks, sharing ideas, bringing your thoughts to the table
  • Open, analytical and structured mindset
  • Independent and reliable cooperation – we will support you as you need but expect you to own and manage your tasks
  • Good collaboration and communication skills – we will be working on the projects together all the time, you will be exposed to daily communication with other colleagues and clients
  • Residency in Czechia and valid work permit

Your future role
🚀 What activities can you expect 🚀

  • Collecting and reconciling data about current processes
  • Designing and remodeling processes that reflect future needs, usually for growth, and are optimized and streamlined
  • Documenting the findings and outcomes in structured way as a deliverable for the client
  • Conducting strategy workshops for clients, preparing the activities and agenda, preparing the outcomes
  • Scanning the operating model, structures, process ownerships and others of the client’s finance department
  • Designing the strategy and future state of the operating model, structure, sizing of the teams
  • Help with work on proposals of our services to the clients
  • Internal business development initiatives, preparing business materials for clients but also for internal use

  • As-Is Finance process analysis and definition of the To-Be state using Deloitte and general best practices

  • Help with selection and tendering of the suitable financial tools for planning, consolidation, invoices processing etc. As part of the digital transformation project
