Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

2+ years of experience in financial reporting, internal controls, audit, or finance.
Strong communication skills in and Lithuanian and English.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
Excellent Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Things we would consider as an advantage:

ACCA (or equivalent) qualification, completed or in progress.
Experience with a Big 4 or international accounting firm.
Experience leading projects or mentoring others.
Experience working with international teams and stakeholders.

Your future role

As an Audit Senior Consultant / Team Leader, you'll do more than audit financial statements. You'll help clients gain confidence in their business by combining deep industry insight, professional judgment, and Deloitte's advanced audit methodology and analytics tools.

Working directly with clients, you'll uncover risks, challenge assumptions, and deliver high-quality audits that provide real business value.

Key responsibilities:

Execute audit procedures and analyze financial and operational data.
Leverage Deloitte's innovative audit methodology, data analytics, and digital tools to deliver high-quality, risk-focused audits.
Develop a deep understanding of clients' business processes, industries, and key drivers.
Research accounting and auditing matters and provide practical, well-supported recommendations.
Build trusted relationships with clients and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Review work performed by junior team members and provide coaching and guidance.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges.
Take ownership of your work, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to delivering audits that meet the highest quality standards.

What we offer

Salary: EUR 3000 gross/month – 3800 gross/month
Final offer depending on experience, skills, and alignment with internal compensation structure.
