Popis práce a požiadavky

Who we are looking for

·       Exposure to foreign environment(s) (e.g., studies, work, long-term travel etc.) is considered a plus

·      Master's degree with excellent academic record

·       3+ years previous BA experience

·       1+ years previous banking industry role

·       Certifications as BA and/or training participation is considered a plus

·       Intellectual curiosity

·       Self-starter, fast-learner and result oriented

·       Ability to coordinate a small team of 5-7 resources and share knowledge / best-practices with them, in order to raise the know-how levels

·       Very good qualitative and quantitative analysis skills

·       Excellent communication skills both oral and written, able to interact with various background people from various levels (e.g. form shop floor to C level)

·       Confident in delivering presentations to C level

·       Able to moderate conversations & meetings with client

·       Being proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint & Visio (or other process mapping tools like ARIS, Adonis, DRAW.IO etc.)

·       Having storytelling abilities, in order to present the results of his/her work in a manner that draws attention and requires participation

·       Fluent in Romanian and English


Your future role

• Independently manage project activities or projects streams activities related to BA role
• Extract insights and present to stakeholders results of research and data analysis exercises
• Execute the process of collecting business requirements, developping an understanding of both business & technical components of the processes, identifying gaps of requirements and clarifying them directly with the stakeholders, managing responsibly & on-time all documentation related with the project/topic
• Act as an expert in the field, providing inputs/opinions on the best way to implement specific business requirements, considering IT capabilities and constraints
• Act as coordinator of the BA team
• Be the stakeholder's interface and manage stakeholders' communication for the BA team
• Prepare and deliver workshops and presentations
• Assist in recruiting, in coaching and developing the new joiners
