Who we are looking for

We seek motivated professionals eager to develop their consulting careers. Ideal candidates will have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a consulting firm or relevant industries (telecommunications, media, technology, sports, gambling, tourism).
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken and native Hungarian language skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity for digital solutions and their impact on business and society.
  • Motivation, adaptability, and a drive for continuous learning and development.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Active involvement in university or extracurricular activities (e.g., College for Advanced Studies, TDK, OTDK) is a plus.

Additional advantages include:

  • Experience in internal or external consulting.
  • Industry expertise in telecommunications, media, technology, gambling, tourism, or sports.
  • Familiarity with project and change management methodologies.
  • Experience in strategy development, process optimization, industry innovation, product development, or quality assurance.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Positive employer or client feedback.


Your future role
As a Consultant, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality consulting projects with impactful insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze industry best practices and tailor solutions to meet client business needs.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and present findings in a structured manner.
  • Manage workloads effectively to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Provide transparent updates on project progress to leadership.
  • Support business development activities and contribute to proposals.
  • Drive innovation by sharing insights and participating in service development.
