Who we are looking for

For a large transformation program in the financial sector focusing on Customer Experience, we are looking for an experienced Cloud Delivery Manager to manage and lead the team while overseeing the migration of an existing contact center to AWS Connect. You will be involved in architectural discussions, third-party and internal system integrations, and requirements management using Jira and Confluence.
Your Skill Set:
• Experience: At least 3 years in cloud enviorment, with 2+ years in a Scrum Master or similar leadership role.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate project progress with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills capable of working effectively in an international team.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving approach.
• Cloud/Engineering Knowledge: Proven experience with AWS services (e.g., AWS Connect, Lambda, CloudWatch),
• Scrum Mastery: Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Jira and Confluence: Proficiency in scope management in Jira and requirements management in Confluence.
• Integration Expertise: Experience in integrating AWS Connect with third-party and internal systems.
Nice to Have:
• Certifications: AWS or DevOps certifications, Scrum/Agile certifications (e.g. PSM)
• Languages: Understanding of scripting languages like Python or Node.js.
• Additional Tools: Familiarity with other cloud or DevOps tools and methodologies.
Your future role
- Leadership & Management: Manage and guide a cross-functional team, ensuring that Scrum ceremonies are effectively executed.
- Architectural Discussions: Lead architectural discussions on migrating existing contact centers to AWS Connect.
- Scope Management: Oversee project scope management using Jira.
- Requirements Management: Ensure all requirements are documented and managed using Confluence.
- Integrations: Facilitate smooth integration of AWS Connect with both third-party and internal systems.
- Compliance: Ensure architectural solutions comply with functional and non-functional requirements.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and promptly raise impediments related to architectural and Scrum activities.
