Popis práce a požiadavky

Who we are looking for
  • At least 2 years of experience within financial auditing and / or expertise in conducting external assurance (inc. assurance experience of ESG data, environmental indicators, GHG);
  • Fluency in written/spoken English;
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office application) and excellent organizational, communication, writing and teambuilding skills;
  • Real drive and enthusiasm to work in a team, as well as exceptional commitment to client service.

Will be a plus

  • Knowledge of the GHG protocol, Global Reporting Initative (GRI) standard and indicators and International Integrated Reporting Guidelines (IIRC) as well current regulations (incl. NFRD, CSRD, EU Taxonomy) on the subject of sustainable development, including climate and best practices in this field (incl. TCFD, CDP);
  • Experience in projects in the field of: non-financial and/or integrated reporting, assurance of non-financial, ESG data (as ESG specialist / Investor Relation department, controlling, financial reporting etc.);
  • Experience in running audit / verification opening and closing meetings, workshops, processes aimed at creating new solutions in the field of sustainable development, using design thinking methodologies, etc


Your future role
  • Addressing the sustainability needs of companies in the various sectors, in areas such as Strategy, Reporting&Assurance;
  • Performing and/or participating in ESG audits or assurance projects of ESG data in line with GRI Standard/ CSRD;
  • Performing and/or participating in ESG audits or assurance projects of CO2 data in line with GHG Protocol;
  • Conducting and/or participating in projects regarding non-financial data reporting and integrated reporting for companies in Poland and the Central European region (in Polish and English) for clients from various industries;
  • Maintain high quality and professional standards;
  • Act as a role model and mentor for less experienced members of the team, provide on the job training and feedback and practice your leadership style from a very early stage;
  • Addressing the sustainability needs of companies in the various sectors, in areas such as Strategy, Reporting&Assurance;
  • Managing ongoing projects, including customer relationships;
  • Supporting sales, educational and business development activities; Conducting workshops (both in polish and english), educational meetings for clients.
