Popis práce a požiadavky

Koho hľadáme?

  • +3 years of experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, efficient reporting skills
  • Strong initiative, critical and analytical thinking, approach to problem solving
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Experience with management of diverse teams in an international setting
  • Master's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, ServiceNow or SAP CRM environment would be an asset
Vaša budúca pracovná pozícia

  • Managing and developing the team, taking part in the recruitment process,
  • Leading regular team meetings and check-ins
  • Monitoring analysts’ development and engaging them in new possibilities
  • Cooperating with other teams and business leaders, representing the team on calls/meetings (within our department but also with Global teams)
  • Monitoring current workload in the team and delegating tasks, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the team and reporting results to the management on a regular basis
  • Identifying new team initiatives, driving improvements in collaboration with other teams working in the department
  • Monitoring and supervision of improvements implemented in our systems/processes
  • Participating in reporting and automation processes, monitoring progress
  • Preparing ad hoc-reports and data analysis for management
