Popis práce a požiadavky

Who we are looking for
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, efficient reporting skills;
  • Strong initiative, critical and analytical thinking, approach to problem solving;
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • Experience with supervision of diverse teams in an international setting;
  • Master's degree or equivalent work experience.

Additional:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader;
  • Knowledge of SharePoint or ServiceNow
Your future role
  • Managing and developing the team, taking part in the recruitment process of new joiners;
  • Leading regular team meetings and check-ins;
  • Monitoring team development and engaging them in new opportunities to grow and develop;
  • Cooperating with other teams and business leaders, representing the team on calls/meetings (within our department but also with international teams);
  • Monitoring current workload in the team, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the team and reporting results to the management;
  • Driving improvements in collaboration with other teams working in the department;
  • Participating in reporting and automation processes, monitoring progress and providing data analysis for management.
