Who we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent education.
Proven experience in delivery management or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management.
Very good command in English – both in written and spoken; ability to negotiate, go into deep down discussions, express and present ideas.
Czech language - fluent

Your future role

As a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful and timely delivery of our services to our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire delivery process, managing a team of delivery consultants, and implementing efficient and effective delivery strategies.

Lead and manage a team of delivery drivers.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Provide guidance, support, and training to team members.
Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules.
Monitor and optimize delivery routes for efficiency.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to meet customer expectations.
Implement and enforce quality control measures for the delivery.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to delivery operations.
Liaise with client to understand their delivery requirements.
Manage and resolve client’s inquiries and concerns related to deliveries.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery operations.
Regularly analyze and report on performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Identify & develop opportunities to further growth our presence with the client
