Your Future Role
In the role of Digital E-commerce Market Offering Leader, you would be responsible for leading & growing our e-commerce practice. Overseeing delivery of digital & e-commerce services for Deloitte clients and acting as an subject matter expert. Provide advice, generate strategy documents, assess competitive developments and conduct other business-related work. You will be working on our most innovative, challenging, and complex projects, and you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and leading the delivery of client projects.
You will be expected to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with strategists, designers, developers, project managers and clients. Develop practical, implementable strategies, solutions, and interactive concepts.
Along with the experience and energy you bring to the team, you'll be responsible for:
Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors, leading the client relationship.
Strategy development: Develop and implement efficient and effective business strategies & development plans for the organization’s growth in area of e-commerce.
Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
Practice Development & Eminence: Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thought ware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals
People Development: Perform role mentor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting for a portfolio of projects; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk.
