Who we are looking for
At Deloitte Digital, our Digital Content & Experience Management team is a leader in transforming digital landscapes with cutting-edge technologies and innovative strategies. We specialize in content management, SEO, web analytics, experience personalization, and AI-driven solutions. We’re seeking a consultant with strong expertise in these areas, particularly in CMS platforms, SEO, and analytics, who is also passionate about experimentation and Generative AI. While we value a broad skill set, we understand that not every candidate will have experience in all areas, so we encourage you to apply if you excel in most of these critical domains.
Ideally, we’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience with CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, Acquia, Sitecore, or Contentful, with the ability to manage and optimize content using technologies.
- Is proficient in SEO, including technical audits, on-page optimization, and developing SEO strategies or recommendations.
- Possesses solid skills in web analytics, particularly with tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, and can turn data into actionable insights that drive digital strategies.
- Is passionate about Generative AI, automation, and digital experimentation, and ideally can demonstrate concrete achievements that go beyond standard use cases, i.e. you’ve applied AI or automation in creative and impactful ways to enhance digital content, automate processes, or create innovative marketing strategies.
- Has experience or a strong interest in A/B testing and digital marketing personalization, using tools like Adobe Target, Salesforce Personalization, Optimizely, VWO, or Dynamic Yield to craft and manage effective campaigns.
- Enjoys consulting and providing technology advisory, with a knack for creative problem-solving and tailoring solutions to client needs. A background in business analysis is a plus.
- Is a collaborative communicator with proficiency in English (minimum B2), and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Brings a sense of humor and adaptability to work, and is enthusiastic about contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Your future role
- Lead and contribute to projects that integrate CMS, SEO, analytics, and AI-driven strategies for prestigious clients, both international and local, ensuring that these key areas drive digital transformation.
- Develop expertise in advanced technologies like CMS platforms, SEO innovations, web analytics, and Generative AI applications, with opportunities to grow your skills and influence industry best practices.
- Analyze client needs and help craft tailored recommendations, focusing on the critical areas of CMS, SEO, analytics, and AI.
- Train and support client teams, sharing best practices in digital content management, SEO, analytics, and AI-enhanced processes, ensuring they can effectively optimize their digital assets.
- Participate in client meetings, preparing and presenting solutions that highlight the strategic benefits of your recommendations, with a focus on the critical areas of the role.
- Embrace agile project management, contributing to a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement in every project.
