Who we are looking for

Deloitte Central Europe Business Service Center is looking for an experienced finance professional to embrace the role of Finance Manager in Management Accounting Team. To be considered for this role you should have experience in finance-related positions, great analytical skills and be tech-savvy. Excellent communication skills as well as leadership skills are essential for this role.

Our requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance (ACCA/CIMA or working towards an advantage);
  • 3+ years of experience in people management;
  • Highly developed communication skills which allow easily communicate with stakeholders at various levels in the organization;
  • Attitude towards numbers, able to understand complex reporting structures;
  • Ability to prepare complex financial analyses for senior stakeholders;
  • Pro-active attitude;
  • Fluent knowledge of English in writing and speech;
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferable);
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Your future role

  • Ensure that all financial activities, records and reports in the business accurately represent the business’s financial state of affair;
  • Lead team of 12-13 professionals (including among others counselling, workload management, staffing, performance management);
  • Guide, support and develop the finance team to deliver all the activities from the opening of a financial period to its end in a timely manner to the highest quality;
  • Answer all scope related questions of team members and stakeholders;
  • Coordinate cross country standardization and improvement projects aiming at creation of fully centralized Management Books process in Rzeszow Business Center;
  • Migrate new countries' scope to Rzeszow Business Center;
  • Run new projects and implementations;
  • Communicate finance results to stakeholders at various seniority levels;
  • Proactively respond to the business reporting needs.
