Who we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive junior to join our HR Admin team!

If you are ready for a new challenge, there you go! The role revolves around administrative tasks such as data input, update, filing and archiving employee documents. It is an ideal role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented with a solution focused approach.

Let’s take a look at requirements:
  • Student/graduate in Economics or other related fields😉
  • Adaptable, curious and self-driven
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Excel proficiency
  • Good communication skills in English
Your future role
Main tasks:
  • Creating, completing and updating the folders for all the employees with the necessary personal data and documents
  • Registering and verifying documents
  • Involving in contracts signing sessions and other admin events
  • Other support tasks
