Popis práce a požiadavky

Koho hľadáme?
  • Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Proven working experience managing IT / transformation projects and/or programs in the digital space preferably/ organizational design/org. re-design
  • Experience in organizing and managing PMOs  
  • Familiarity with modern Project Management tools
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of  English – advanced level both written and spoken
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

The following will be considered as an advantage (but it is not a must):

  • Experience in Project Portfolio Management and/or Lean Portfolio Management
  • Application of Agile frameworks
  • Knowledge of Project and Programme governance concepts
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or / and PRINCE 2 / or / and MSP or / and ITIL v3 / v4 certifications
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Knowledge of modern technology concepts, SDLC, ITSM, DevOps, Cloud (SaaS, IaaS), and aspects of Digital Transformation
  • Experience in the following industries e.g. banking, insurance, life sciences, automotive, retail, media, public sector

 


Vaša budúca pracovná pozícia

Depending on your experience your future role may inclyde:

  • Taking ownership and leading transformation projects 
  • Leading efforts to organize project pitches 
  • Organisation and management of PMOs and TMOs on client-side
  • Day-to-day transformation management activities including but not limited to: 
    • Project initiations / inceptions
    • Workshop management
    • Planning and scheduling
    • Risk and Issue management
    • Dependency management
    • Budget management
    • Reporting
  • Consulting product ownership management
  • Organisation and participating in transformation governance processes
  • Developing and improving project management tools and methodologies
  • Contributing to the community of practice
