Koho hľadáme?

University degree in Finance
CFA or ACCA certification is an advantage
5-8 years of experience preferably in an investment bank, in a consulting firm or in a financial institution
Fluency in Hungarian and English
Outstanding analytical skills
Sophisticated modelling skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand, structure and solve complex problems and tasks
Self- motivated, and confident personality
Outstanding IT literacy

Vaša budúca pracovná pozícia

Assume responsibility for complex multi-stream projects, specific Corporate Finance, M&A and restructuring projects
Manage a project team and coordinate different workstreams
Ensure high-quality output (financial models, valuations, investor materials, etc.) and timely execution of Mergers & Acquisitions projects
Develop client relationships through interactions with senior client personnel
Contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that deliverables meet work plan
Understand client needs, show proactive approach to business development
Train and develop team members
