You will have extensive experience of working in an IT Support role using English as the main language for communication. You will also have experience in a managerial position, leading other team members. You work in an independent, structured manner and have attention to detail. At the same time, you understand the importance of being flexible with the primary focus on delivering in a timely manner despite short deadlines. Being service-minded is core to how you approach things, and you understand the importance of delivering high quality support to your customers.
- Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field;
- Extensive experience of working within a similar role;
- Experience of leading other team members;
- Strong communication skills;
- Fluent business English, both written and spoken;
- Highly skilled within the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
You will be leading a group of Platform Specialists that support NSE geographies with configuration and set up activities. To some extent the team also supports other functions within the Center of Excellence, e.g. Deployment and Testing. Accordingly, you will collaborate with other Managers when it comes to e.g. planning efforts and allocation of resources.
Your primary focus will be to manage the day-to-day activities of the Platform Specialist team and you will be responsible for the timely delivery of support services requested linked to the configuration and set up of Intela. That includes performing quality reviews and ensuring that the processes that are used are continuously improved.
- Focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience;
- Build a deep knowledge about Intela and especially to the extent it concerns how the platform should be set up and can be configured;
- Build knowledge about Tax & Legal;
- Build knowledge about the Intela Deployment Process;
- Lead and monitor the configuration (“Quick Start”) and set up process for NSE, including first time deployments and regular maintenance;
- Lead the Platform Specialist Team;
- Collaborate with other senior team members in efforts that refer to allocation of available resources;
- Be responsible for the onboarding of new Platform Specialists.
