You are a result-oriented and think out-of-the-box when creating solutions for complex issues. You can structure arguments clearly and be convincing in expressing your opinion. You are interested in new technologies and innovations. For the role of Operations Transformation Consultant, you also have:

• 2+ years previous consulting experience or relevant industry role gained at a consulting firm, and/or organization in the banking/insurance industry;

• Excellent time-management and organizational skills;

• Strong analytical skills and able to communicate complex ideas and analyses effectively

• Constant drive in diving in new technologies and eager to understand how these can be used to change the business and operations of our clients;

• Understanding of and experience with current IT trends (BI tools, Robotic Automation, Process mining solutions, Cloud solutions, etc.) would be a plus;

• Will to work in multidisciplinary, multicultural and cross-border teams and willingness to travel occasionally;

• Experience of working on operational improvement, strategy or transformation projects would be a strong advantage;

• Experience of working on operating model designs would be a strong advantage;

• University degree, preferably in a business or technical direction;

• Excellent command of written and spoken Bulgarian and English;

• Strong knowledge of various Windows based office applications;

• Collaborating on projects for leading companies in various industries;
• Understanding client needs and translating them into feasible solutions aligned with their business strategy;
• Supporting in the creation of presentations and workshops for the client;
• Actively participating in workshops and perform analysis to identify, structure and present inefficiencies of operational strategies and business processes
• Collecting, analysing data and presenting results;
• Using, developing and applying new technologies together with colleagues from different teams within Deloitte.
