Your role within in our team will be as a Platform Specialist to assist in the deployment of Intela, Tax & Legal’s new global digital platform. We are a team of about 15 people working closely together to serve Deloitte member firms in our cluster, North South Europe (NSE).
We are looking for you, who work in a structured manner with attention to detail. At the same time, you understand the importance of being flexible with the primary focus on delivering in a timely manner despite short deadlines. Experience from project-based work in an international environment is considered as a merit. You love learning new things and you are happy to share your knowledge with others.
- Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field;
- You have minimum 2-3-year experience from working within a support function or equivalent;
- Strong communication skills;
- Fluent business English, both written and spoken;
- Highly skilled within the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Excel;
- Technologically curious;
- A structured and organised approach to work, complemented with an eye for detail;
- Well organised, able to manage multiple projects and handling competing demands in a timely manner;
- Have good interpersonal skills;
- Nice to have: Experience in QA automation or record automated/manual test scripts to test product functionality.
As a Platform Specialist you will be expected to gain deep knowledge about the Intela platform, together with its continuous development. Your focus will be on understanding new features and requirements and how these will impact the deployed use cases. You will be part of our team and our role is to assist teams with establishing an optimized use of Intela. You will be expected to understand the structure and functionalities within the platform and the various activities linked to onboarding a new use case. You will be an important part of implementing the local Intela use cases and you will actively support a structured implementation and change management process.
- Build a deep knowledge about Intela;
- Participate in implementation projects that are run with local business teams;
- Run demos of Intela;
- Support with the configuration and set up of Intela for local teams;
- Participate in user acceptance testing of new releases of Intela;
- Support with setting up new clients in Intela.
