Who we are looking for
• 3-5 years sales pursuit and proposal development experience highly preferred.
• Former Consulting client service backgrounds preferred, combined with pursuit management experience.
• Experience working with, collaborating, and building consensus with stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of Consulting services and offerings.
• Project management skills: able to work independently and maintain quality control over the milestones and deliverables.
• Ability to address and manage conflict. 
• Ability to work well under pressure, maintain composure and be flexible.
• Proactive, self-starter.
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal relationship and emotional intelligence skills.
• Strong PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
• Attention to detail.

The Pursuit Lead works with the PCoE Leader to provide strategic and operational support to Proposal Teams on Consulting’s largest and most strategic pursuits. 
Responsibilities include the support of pursuit activities throughout the end-to-end pursuit lifecycle (pre-RFP, RF) response/proposal development, pitch presentations and evaluation) for strategic sales opportunities. 
Responsibilities also include the support of eminence activities, client workshops and large strategic meetings for key local market and international clients.
The Pursuit Lead is required to rapidly engage with and support collaboration between numerous pursuit and leadership stakeholders and the Proposal Teams to create compelling and differentiated selling propositions for our clients. The Pursuit Lead is also expected to actively identify knowledge gaps, critical challenges and possible risks for the sales opportunity whilst working proactively with other key internal functions to attain the utmost quality of our offering. 

Your future role
• Manage pursuit process to strengthen Deloitte’s capability across the pursuit lifecycle and drive a higher win rate on key opportunities.
• Support the PCoE Leader and the Proposal Teams in crafting a compelling value proposition, winning messages, and a differentiated strategy for the specific opportunity.
• Develop and own the pursuit plan (in conjunction with the Proposal Team lead), establish key milestones and deliverables, and monitor assignments through the establishment of a pursuit working site, for example on Microsoft Teams. Manage pursuit meetings and logistics.
• Support the quality review for proposal and presentation documents, design approach, risk reviews, to help ensure consistency and that strategic messaging is represented in all deliverables.
• Bring best practices from other pursuits and extended pursuit networks to assist in closing content gaps.
• Support leadership and internal quality reviews, monitor the development of resource and pricing models, and coordinate pricing and quality calls.
• Flag and escalate issues to the PCoE Leader.
• Work in conjunction with the Visual Studio to support production of materials.
• Assist selected learning and development initiatives to build and enhance Deloitte’s sales excellence capabilities across the firm.
• Collaborate with various teams, cross-geo and cross-function, to gather necessary insights, resources, intelligence, and best practices.
• Prepare reports and analysis for leadership.
• Produce ideas for process optimization, tools, resources etc. that could streamline the team’s activities.
