We are currently looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to support the teams in the Tax, Legal and Business process solution departments.
What makes you a perfect candidate:
- Experience in HR Business Partner's/HR Generalist's role (3+years) in international companies (preferably BIG4, Tax, Accounting).
- Excellent organizational awareness and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to navigate a fast-paced, complex, highly matrixed organization.
- Ability to interact and negotiate with all levels of management and staff to resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong project management skills.
- Outstanding self-management and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, dealing with ambiguity and rapid change.
- Problem solver with a high level of initiative and a sense of personal accountability.

Regional HR Business Partner is responsible for designing and executing the HR strategies and activities that nurture growth, scaling, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.
This role helps business leaders improve employee performance, retention, and experience. To be successful, you need the ability to dive deep into data, think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams and levels.
Working closely with local HR teams and Regional HR Director you'll also keep the right focus on organizational effectiveness, career development, leadership development, and scaling annual talent management processes. In addition, this role will be accountable for driving key initiatives and projects in areas such as such as onboarding, employee relations, culture, diversity, and management capability/leadership development, as well as facilitating annual talent management processes.

Your future responsibilities
- Responsible for designing and overseeing the Talent Strategy of Deloitte Regional Tax & Legal Businesses;
- Works closely with Partners and to define, evaluate and monitor Talent Management programs and processes at the CE South business level: Workforce Planning, Performance Experience, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning and Development, Sourcing Activities at high level.
- Developing relationships with local stakeholders, streams and local HR offices to ensure the Business meets its HR needs.
- Provide compensation consultation to senior leaders to ensure reward decisions are fair and equitable.
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Proactively identify training and development needs for individuals/teams and execute with the support of the L&D team.
- Support the design and delivery of training and education for career development.
- Provide coaching and education to managers on resolving more sensitive employee relations issues that may have a higher risk or impact to business.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation across the region.
- Being a single point of contact for partners, directors, senior managers and managers.
- Continuous improvement of processes and procedures within HR function.
- Involvement in HR internal projects design, implementation, and communication.
