Popis práce a požiadavky

Koho hľadáme?

·       Previous experience in/with EU/national funded energy related projects, with focus on writing applications for PNRR and/or Modernization Fund and/or CINEA

·       Basic knowledge of public procurement and the process of bidding

·       Consulting fundamentals including strategic problem solving and analytics, structured written and visual communication

·       Numeracy and good financial skills

·       Able to work in an environment where accuracy and attention to detail is essential at all times

·       Able to work to firm deadlines and assess when tasks are urgent

·       Ability to take full responsibility for completion and quality of own workload

·       Strong communication, prioritization and inter-personal skills

·       High level of proficiency of using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

·       Commitment and dedication

·       Basic knowledge of the structure and service models of a professional services firm - would be considered a big plus


Vaša budúca pracovná pozícia

As a senior consultant, you would typically work on consulting engagements for government or private clients and would be responsible for delivery of project work streams. This entails assisting in planning or structuring of project approach/analysis, developing professional opinions and insights, develop high-quality deliverables, peer-level client relationships and support project managing teams.

·       Be responsible for developing an understanding of the Deloitte approach, methodology & tools and apply them while performing the tasks assigned

·       Prepare work files and analyses supporting various applications with donors and public institutions

·       Participate in drafting, based on clients input and available guidelines, specific documentation for accessing grants (e.g. business plans, feasibility studies, cost-benefits analyses, financing requests)

·       Get involved in the Bid management processes for the Consulting division by contributing to new business proposals and taking role in industry and account teams (gather proposal information by identifying sources of information; coordinating submissions and collections; identifying and communicating risks associated with proposals etc.)

The role is full time and based in Bucharest; some travel may be required.
