About the role:

As a Salesforce Consultant, you play an important role in the implementation of CRM systems within an organization. In this position, your responsibilities will involve collaborating with fellow team members to collect business insights, generate business documentation, outline system requirements, contribute to end-user training preparations, and undertake Salesforce configuration and testing. As a Salesforce Consultant you collaborate and design strategies and processes that align with the technology and business goals.

Apply if you:

  • Have proven experience (min. 2 years) working as a Consultant in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Have knowledge of the Salesforce platform (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and its functionalities.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
  • Have experience in creating documentation such as functional specifications, process flows, and data models.
  • Have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Have experience in data analysis and proficiency in relevant tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Are fluent in English and Polish (min. B2).
  • Have experience in project implementation using Agile is a plus.
  • Can easily adapt to evolving technologies and business needs.
  • Have relevant certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified App Builder).

Your future role
  1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    • Collaborate with team members to gather and document business requirements related to the CRM systems.
    • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Solution Design and Documentation:
    • Participation in Salesforce solution design that align with business goals, considering best practices and industry standards.
    • Create functional specifications, process flows, and system architecture diagrams.
    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the accurate implementation of proposed solutions.
  3. System Configuration and Testing:
    • Configure the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements, including customizing fields, workflows, and user interfaces.
    • Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce configurations and customizations to ensure functionality and quality.
    • Coordinate with QA teams to plan and execute testing scenarios, resolving any issues that arise.
  4. User Training and Support:
    • Develop training materials and support user training sessions to ensure effective system utilization.
    • Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and identifying user adoption challenges.
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay current with CRM industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
    • Learn and get new certificates (using dedicated days to prepare for the exams).
