Who we are looking for

Strong practical experience and understanding of SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework), Agile methodologies, MoP, Scrum and Kanban.

Proven track record of successfully delivering of key objectives of deliverables on time, to scope and within budget.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and proven experience managing global stakeholders and teams.

Experience in project management and planning for software development projects.

Experience in effectively collaborating with wider cross-functional teams.

Stakeholder management with statistics arounds tasks, features, capabilities, epics, backlog, burn down metrics, user stories, and cost estimation.

Exposure and experience with SDLC, design, coding, test, build, qa, deployment, and maintenance with service-oriented architecture.

Professional experience with tools such as Confluence and Jira.

Your future role

Foster collaboration among teams and across functional teams.

Facilitate the ceremonies by leading daily scrum, raids, SOS, sprint planning, sprint review, refinement sessions, discover sessions, sprit demo and retrospectives.

Plan and schedule the delivery increment while maintaining the pods scrum board, delivery dashboard up to date as well as challenge the pods to improve on process and inspire the teams to find new better ways of working.

Accountable to identify and mitigate raids (blockers, risks and dependencies).

Drive, track, and communicate the latest on sprints and releases trough team velocity and burn down chart.
