Popis práce a požiadavky

Who we are looking for
  • Previous experience with MSP will be a plus.
  • Previous experience with Ariba (PO) and Fieldglass; 
  • Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, HRCI, or equivalent will be a plus;
  • Proficiency in data analytics and familiarity with relevant technology tools;
  • Exceptional customer service skills; 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationship vendors including negotiating skills, managing contracts for subcontractors (external workforce);
  • Proven track record of successfully managing Talent management of workforce (onboarding, contracts);
  • Proven track record of successfully managing supplier and/or service procurement;
  • 3+ years of experience in talent supply chain consulting or a similar role;
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred;
Your future role
  • Working with vendor systems (SAP Fieldglass / VMS/ARIBA), HRIS and finance systems (VDM and Swift).
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports;
  • Supporting users to navigate the tool and managing updates to all user materials;
  • Responsible for the payment process of the invoices; 
  • Building relationships with stakeholders (Business, Legal team, Procurement); 
  • Cooperating with the Systems Admin team on the contract management and onboarding of the contractors; 
  • Responsible for the full cycle from onboarding to payment of the invoices for contractors;
  • Creation of Statement of Work and Job posting/ Work Orders;
  • Manage the relationship with Vendors (contractors – external workforce);
