Who we are looking for

The right candidates should meet as many of the following requirements:

  • Relevant studies in Finance / Accounting, Business Administration, Economical Engineering, etc. would be an advantage.
  • Very good analytical skills and business awareness;
  • Excellent command of Romanian - both speaking and writing and good command of English;
  • Very good interpersonal and team-playing skills;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Previous exposure to business environment and/or involvement in extracurricular activities will be appreciated;
  • Well organized and able to identify and juggle with priorities;
  • Very good usage of MS Excel.

Your future role

As a Benchmarking Specialist in the Transfer Pricing team, your main tasks will consist in:

  • Research local and international databases available via Deloitte resources on various business matters;
  • Involved in supporting clients in a range of different industries on transfer pricing aspects:
    • Functional and economic analyses;
    • Transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking analyses;
    • Calculation of profitability indicators.
