🔍 Our requirements:

Degree in Accounting or Finance (ACCA/CIMA in progress or completed is a plus);
3-5+ years of professional experience in treasury operations;
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from financial data;
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration;
Proven team management experience;
Fluent English (written and spoken);
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP;
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Your future role

Serve as a subject matter expert on regional treasury processes and services;
Develop and implement treasury management strategies, including monitoring interest rates and economic trends;
Interpret and manage bank agreements;
Maintain and strengthen banking relationships across Central European countries;
Identify and execute hedging strategies where appropriate;
Oversee cash forecasting to ensure liquidity requirements are met;
Manage month-end closing activities for treasury;
Coordinate treasury-related audits and address auditor queries;
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements,
Continuously review and enhance existing processes and procedures,
Lead and implement new projects and process migrations to the Rzeszów Business Center,
Lead, motivate, inspire and develop the treasury team.
