Who we are looking for
We are looking for motivated students to join our Corporate Finance team for a practical experience within Advisory. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to financial analysis and transaction-related projects.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn

  • Very good Romanian and English skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Your future role
  • Support the team in financial analysis and due diligence activities across various transaction projects
  • Assist in analyzing companies’ financial information to understand key performance drivers and business trends
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports, and financial materials
  • Collaborate closely with team members on transaction-related assignments, gaining exposure to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance engagements
