Who we are looking for

This role is a strong fit for candidates from both business-oriented and technical academic backgrounds. We are specifically looking for people who enjoy operating at the intersection of business and technology — whether you come from economics, management, business analytics, or from computer science, engineering, or other technical fields. What matters most is your ability and motivation to bridge business needs with the capabilities of modern AI systems.

  • 6+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, enterprise process design, or AI/automation projects
  • Proven track record of leading complex client engagements, ideally within global or large-scale organizations
  • Strong ability to navigate C-level discussions, influence decision-making, and manage senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of business processes, operating models, and how AI/automation technologies can reshape them
  • Experience overseeing multi-workstream delivery teams and ensuring high execution quality
  • Strong commercial awareness — ability to identify growth opportunities, shape proposals, and contribute to sales cycles
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into business language
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, workflow tools) or AI/automation ecosystems is highly desirable
  • High comfort operating at the intersection of business and technology, with the ability to bridge both worlds strategically
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related fields
Your future role

Leadership, Delivery & Client Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI transformation projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong client satisfaction
  • Own and drive the overall requirements, solution design, and implementation roadmap across multiple workstreams
  • Facilitate senior-level client discussions, challenge assumptions, and guide stakeholders toward AI-enabled operating models
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, ensuring clear communication, expectation-setting, and risk management
  • Oversee and quality-assure all key deliverables, methodologies, and documentation prepared by the team
  • Proactively identify new opportunities, use cases, and expansion areas within client accounts
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and technical leaders to ensure alignment between business strategy and AI solution architecture
  • Manage, coach, and develop teams of Consultants and Senior Consultants, supporting their growth and capability building
  • Contribute to practice development — including IP creation, offering enhancement, and industry thought leadership
Drive coordination with Deloitte’s US-based AI technology partner, ensuring synergy, innovation, and scalability of our joint offering
