You will be part of a project management team working on delivering corporate secretarial services. You will provide global project management support for Global Corporate Secretarial Compliance engagements, ensuring transparency of the Client’s corporate secretarial compliance and reporting process through a web-based engagement management platform.   • Experience working on multi-jurisdictional projects as a company secretary or part of compliance and governance teams is an advantage;
  • Experience in corporate and company law is a benefit;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken;
  • Process-driven, with an understanding of the importance of procedures and corporate record keeping;
  • An organized, pro-active individual who takes ownership and drives tasks through to completion.

Your future role
As an Analyst, you will manage portfolios of global clients and demonstrate an excellent understanding of their entities and compliance requirements. You will be instrumental in delivering our global annual compliance and additional corporate secretarial services. You will develop strong relationships with your clients and our global network of Deloitte entities to ensure a cohesive and efficient delivery of international corporate secretarial services.

Your objectives would be to:
  • Supporting the delivery of large global compliance engagements and working with local Deloitte Legal teams to implement delivery;
  •  Staying up-to-date on the fiduciary, regulatory and statutory responsibilities of legal entities, their directors, officers and managers and sharing advice with clients on such matters;
  • Actively managing the day to day handling of a portfolio of global clients and coordinating the delivery of the annual compliance and any additional company secretarial services;
  • Updating the corporate records to support relevant transactions, filings, reports, and audits to fulfil these responsibilities;
  • Updating the client portal to ensure all compliance requirements are tracked and completed in good time;
  • Obtaining and interpreting advice on the corporate entity lifecycle and the ongoing compliance with local legislation and restructuring of global businesses, and sharing this information with central client contacts based in other jurisdictions;
  • Providing general company secretarial support as required;
  • Assisting in Corporate Governance projects as needed.
