We are seeking a Business Analyst / Project Management role to join our team dedicated to supporting our leading Clients in the Investment Banking industry. This unique role combines leadership, analytical skills, and collaboration to drive strategic initiatives that enhance the asset servicing platform.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the business analyst positions and business analysis within the investment banking or financial services sector is a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Deep understanding of asset servicing operations.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in asset servicing and investment banking.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations.

• Engage in major transformation initiatives in Asset Servicing team, focusing on process mapping and process redesign to accelerate improvements.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of current processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization, ensuring alignment with strategic transformation goals.
• Apply structured project management methodologies to develop comprehensive project plans, documenting timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination among stakeholders.
• Appropriately assess and manage project risks, leveraging escalation for resource allocation, problem-solving, and solution coordination on all project issues.
• Identify project dependencies and ensure necessary changes, while monitoring effectiveness and fulfillment of requirements.
• Verify the quality of delivered services and analyze KPIs and other performance reports.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, and compliance teams to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct thorough analyses to identify business process improvements and efficiencies, supporting tasks such as process mapping and redesign.
