Popis a požadavky

Who we are looking for
  • A university degree;
  • Excellent Polish and business English, as our clients are also based outside Poland;
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in HR. If you have been involved in transformation projects, HR or Compensation & Benefits we want to hear from you;
  • Excellent analytical skills, ie ability to identify problems and propose solutions independently;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Ability to lead a project team;
  • Project management skills and experience from larger projects;
  • Analytical skills: Excel and PowerPoint skills in excellent level are a must;
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively up to C-level;
  • Business acumen and business development skills.
Your future role
  • Working independently on interesting HR and strategy projects with focus on Compensation & Benefits and projects related to design of reward systems for clients or other projects, eg digital transformation, HR transformation, talent management, change management, process optimisation;
  • Advising clients on various aspects of human capital;
  • Meeting clients of all sizes, from key market players to family businesses;
  • Preparing analyses and documents using data obtained from clients, surveys or internal statistics;
  • Preparing presentations with a focus on both content and form;
  • Work in a team - supporting junior colleagues and cooperating with project manager.
