Popis a požadavky

Who we are looking for
• 3-5 years of experience in providing professional accounting services;
• University degree in Accounting / Finance or Economics;
• Good command of English is essential (at least B2 level);
• Strong organizational skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Experience in using project management tools based on SharePoint and MS office applications, particularly Excel;
• Basic understanding of financial accounting and reporting rules, GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Your future role
On this role you will engage directly with clients to gather information, monitor project progress, and provide regular updates. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records in SharePoint, ensuring all data is complete and consistent. Your role includes collecting and reviewing data, supporting the preparation of financial statements for international clients, and upholding communication with them.

• Monitor project statuses and provide ongoing updates;
• Update and upload information to SharePoint, maintain accurate records and track project statuses;
• Review and analyze information for completeness and consistency, identify missing information and unresolved issues;
• Maintain communication with clients;
• Prepare, update, and submit documents, ensuring they are accurately completed, uploaded to SharePoint, stored in the internal database, and delivered to clients.
• Support our teams in the early stages of preparation of financial statements for our international clients;
• Ensure all necessary tools are properly maintained and used in accordance with our established processes. 
• Working in an engagement team, so good communication skills are required.
