Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

You have a university degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and related analytical tools
Strong interest in analytical and problem-solving work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Serbian and English
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Previous work experience in accounting, audit, compliance, or financial controlling is an advantage
Experience in data analytics using analytical and AI tools is an advantage.

Your future role

Your responsibilities will comprise a set of activities enabling organizations to transform the ways in which they leverage people, third-party relationships, technology, data, business processes and controls to address their operational risks and elevate business performance;
Supporting clients in designing, reviewing and enhancing financial crime compliance frameworks across AML, sanctions, KYC/CDD, transaction monitoring and fraud prevention;
Taking part in detecting and preventing all forms of economic crime;
Participating in forensic investigations, special audits and other forms of assurance regarding corporate compliance;
Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and with colleagues from other Deloitte departments and firms;
Using all available tools and sources to obtain data relevant to projects.
