Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

🚀 Join our Financial Crime team within the Risk Advisory department and work on dynamic projects focused on investigations, compliance, analytics, and risk across various industries.

    • University degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and related analytical tools.Strong interest in analytical and problem-solving work.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Serbian and English.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
    • Previous work experience in accounting, audit, compliance, or financial controlling is an advantage.
    • Experience in data analytics and AI tools is considered a strong advantage.
    Your future role

    🔍 In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams on projects related to financial crime prevention, forensic investigations, compliance, and operational risk across different industries.

      • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as colleagues from other Deloitte departments and member firms. 
      • Participating in forensic investigations, special audits, and other assurance engagements related to corporate compliance. 
      • Taking part in detecting and preventing various forms of economic crime. 
      • Supporting clients in designing, reviewing, and enhancing financial crime compliance frameworks across AML, sanctions, KYC/CDD, transaction monitoring, and fraud prevention.
      • Supporting organizations in transforming the way they leverage people, third-party relationships, technology, data, business processes, and controls to address operational risks and improve business performance.
