We are looking for passionate and results-driven Customer Strategy Consultants ready to join us and leverage digital to make a real impact on our clients’ business. The ideal candidate is a digital geek: innovative, curious, and technology-savvy.
Our Digital Strategy team works on the edge of strategy, design, and technology; we’re looking for generalists who can flexibly apply their critical thinking skills to challenges across ever-changing domains. 💡
- 1–2 years of experience in strategy consulting, business/management consulting, or IT/technology environments, with knowledge of digital strategy, transformation, IT, omni-channel, or related areas.
- Proven project management or leadership skills (professional or extracurricular).
- Analytical and strategic thinker – able to solve complex problems, justify your point of view, and adapt when needed. ?
- Digital native with a passion for technology and the ability to quickly understand emerging tools. 📱
- Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken).
- Team player able to collaborate across functions (strategy, technology, design). ?
- Comfortable working under pressure and willing to travel. ✈️
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of advanced tools like Tableau is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree is a bonus) in business (economics, management, finance) or technical fields (engineering, CS, mathematics). 🎓
- Bonus: Experience in banking, insurance, or consumer goods (FMCG).
Customer Strategists work within an organization to identify unmet needs, goals, opportunities, and challenges of all business units in the digital era. As a consultant, you will play an active role in delivering projects to clients, working alongside experienced managers and supervising more junior colleagues.
- Work with our team to deliver or lead workstreams on various projects – your engagement, commitment to excellence, and management skills are key. 💼
- Prepare materials, gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and translate analyses into strategic directions – your Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills will be heavily leveraged. 📊📈
- Present findings to client stakeholders, lead workshops, and identify follow-on sales opportunities – interpersonal and communication skills are essential. 🗣️
- Collaborate with different teams across our and client organizations, including strategy, technology, and design – broaden your experience and excel in multiple domains. 🌐

Step 1 – Resume Review : We carefully read your resume to understand your background, skills, and experience.
