Who we are looking for

We’re searching for a proactive and technically skilled Data Science Engineer with hands-on experience in building and delivering ML solutions. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, a strong command of Python, practical knowledge of classical ML algorithms, and experience working on the full data science lifecycle—from data preparation through to model deployment. We value analytical thinkers who can work independently, collaborate with team members, and bring innovative ideas to solve complex business problems within real-world projects.

Your future role

You will work as part of the AI & Data team at Deloitte, leading end-to-end data science and machine learning tasks: from problem definition and data analysis to model building, validation, and deployment in production. You’ll be responsible for extracting and preparing raw data, building and optimizing ML models, analyzing results, and presenting actionable insights. Your tasks will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, documenting solutions, and optionally mentoring juniors or interns.
