Who we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to orchestrate end-to-end delivery across multiple cross-functional teams building digital products. The role blends program planning, execution oversight, and stakeholder management to ensure predictable delivery, clear visibility, and alignment across product areas.

You will champion effective ways of working, drive continuous improvement, and enable teams to deliver at scale in a dynamic, globally distributed environment.

5+ years in delivery leadership (Delivery Lead/Manager, Technical Program Manager) within digital products/platforms.
Proven success leading multiple Agile teams in a scaled environment (SAFe, LeSS, or similar).
Strong planning, facilitation, leadership, and communication skills across business and engineering.
Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, dashboards, and Agile analytics; familiarity with CI/CD and QA practices.
Experience in international, cross-functional settings and across time zones; excellent English.
Relevant certifications (PSM II, SAFe, Prince2/AgilePM, or equivalent) are a strong plus.

Your future role

Lead multi-team delivery (web, mobile, backend) from planning and estimation through release and stabilization.
Build and own delivery plans, roadmaps, and release schedules; manage scope, timelines, budgets, and dependencies.
Track and analyze KPIs, and flow/DORA metrics to improve predictability, quality, and throughput.
Run program-level risk/issue/dependency management (RAID); proactively remove impediments.
Align stakeholders via crisp status, forecasts, and decision logs; facilitate trade-offs and change control.
Partner with Product Managers and Architects on prioritization, readiness criteria, and release planning.
Ensure high hygiene and data quality in Jira and Confluence for reporting, governance, and auditability.
Drive continuous improvement of processes (Scrum/Kanban), cross-team collaboration, and delivery tooling.
Champion quality gates with QA/DevOps (DoR/DoD, test strategy, CI/CD, release readiness).
Support compliance, privacy, and security practices aligned to Games requirements.
