Popis a požadavky

Who we are looking for
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within a Professional Services environment;
  • minimum Bachelor's degree;
  • experience in working in international environment, multi-cultural organization;
  • experience in working with top management;
  • very good English skills (C1-C2);
  • excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, whilist maintaining contact with colleagues at all levels, including those working remotely;
  • positive attitude, with a willingness to provide the highest level of internal and external client service as well as discretion and personal sensitivity in all spects of the role;
  • excelent personal and communication skills;
  • good knowledge of Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Your future role
  • Calendar and travel management;
  • various internal and external meetings organization;
  • preparation of prezentations, reports, Excel lists, spreadsheets;
  • time management;
  • SAP and TOP support;
  • resolution of basic queries;
  • meeting minutes preparation;
  • correspondence handling;
  • documentation management;
  • invoicing;
  • expenses management;
  • gifts and flowers arrangement;
  • dinner and taxi arrangement;
  • event and Business Team support;
  • working collaboratively with other team members as well as other business unities.
