Who we are looking for

Currently, we are looking for an ambitious, trustworthy, and experienced Tax Consultant to join our Corporate Tax team. Deloitte Tax provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with some of the world’s most complex tax consulting and tax compliance issues. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or similar field
  • 2+ years of work experience in tax, accounting or finance;
  • Ability to build strong relationships and solve issues with a client service-oriented mindset
  • Strong in problem solving, eager to develop innovative ideas and solutions;
  • Excellent command of Lithuania and English – both in speaking and writing.

Your daily work will require you to think on your feet, sharpen your technical skills and use your analytical mindset to ensure project management, identify risks, propose solutions, and help with their implementation.

    As a team member, you will both support your leaders in direct client service and supervise junior team members, providing necessary support and advice. As a consultant, you will be part of our team of professionals and experts who help our clients with complex tax issues.
