Who we are looking for

You are a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in a Shared Service Center environment. You understand finance processes (AP, AR, GL) and have hands-on experience with their operations.

University degree (minimum Bachelor's).
Fluent in English (C1 level); Czech is a plus.
Strong analytical and technical skills, with a passion for emerging trends.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; confident in delivering presentations.
Able to work under pressure, adapt to change, and think holistically.
Independent, well-organized, and communicative.
Experience with projects or project components, and eager to grow further.
Willing to travel occasionally to client sites.

Your future role

Client communication and collaboration on transformation projects.
Preparation and presentation of deliverables, leading workshops.
Project management support – task tracking, reporting, and progress monitoring.
Organizing transition and knowledge transfer activities.
Delivering training and hyper care support during change implementations.
Actively contributing ideas, identifying connections, and staying ahead with technology.
