Who we are looking for
🚀 We are looking for new colleagues to join our Finance Transformation team to help guide our clients through digital financial transformations.
🚀 Our clients include finance departments of large companies, CFOs, across various industries. We focus on projects ranging from smaller process changes to the implementation of various modern tools and applications, all the way to complex redesigns of the entire department's operations.

🎯 What we expect from you 🎯
  • Experience and awareness of how business finances and processes operate both within operations (accounting, invoicing, etc.) and controlling (planning, cost controlling, etc.).
  • A positive attitude and interest in technology – most projects revolve around data processing, databases, enterprise and other systems, and this trend continues to deepen.
  • Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written – most projects are in English.
  • Fluent level of Hungarian.
  • Excellent knowledge/ability to work with Excel and PowerPoint (you will use them every day).
  • Proactive approach to tasks, sharing any ideas, constructive criticism.
  • Analytical approach, ability to see above the problem and find multiple solution options.
  • Independence and responsibility for your work – we are ready to provide all the support, but we expect you to own your tasks and ensure they are completed.
  • Very good communication and teamwork skills – on all projects, we are one team and collaborate daily on all possible tasks, communicating with clients and other colleagues.

Your future role
🚀 What activities you can expect 🚀
  • Processing and analyzing various data about current processes and activities.
  • Designing and modeling future processes to meet the requirements of a developing company and technologies, speeding up and streamlining operations, and preparing the organization for growth and implementation of modern tools.
  • Documenting the outputs from analyses and designs in the form of materials delivered to clients as project outcomes.
  • Participating in strategic workshops for clients, helping with facilitation, preparing materials, and subsequently producing workshop outputs.
  • Analyzing the current state of the finance department's structure, including responsibility for individual processes and the interconnections between them.
  • Designing the future state of the organization and financial department structure, linking and owning processes, responsibility matrices, and more.
  • Supporting the creation of proposals for additional projects and clients.
  • Internal development initiatives leading to the acquisition of new projects, preparing materials, and similar activities.
