Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

5–8 years of relevant professional experience, including consulting or finance transformation roles
Strong core finance expertise with a deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes and/or enterprise performance management operations
Demonstrated experience with finance technology, automation, or digital finance transformation initiatives
Proven consulting experience working with senior stakeholders and delivering transformation projects
Experience with S/4HANA implementations or finance operating model transformations is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex business challenges
Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian, with confidence presenting to senior executives
A university degree in finance, economics, business, or information systems

Advantages:

Experience with SAP (FI/CO) or SAP S/4HANA finance transformation projects
Knowledge of finance technology platforms such as BlackLine, HighRadius, ServiceNow, Anaplan, Alteryx, or BluePrism
Experience leading automation, process mining, RPA, or digital finance initiatives
Exposure to data analytics or finance performance management tools
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CFA, or equivalent

Your future role

Lead finance transformation programs for Hungarian and international clients
Design and implement future-ready finance operating models, including shared services, automation, and digital finance solutions
Analyze complex finance processes and translate insights into actionable transformation roadmaps
Drive initiatives related to finance automation, digitalization, and process optimization
Manage project workstreams and coordinate multi-disciplinary consulting teams including finance and technology experts
Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, finance leaders, and transformation executives
Mentor and develop consultants and senior consultants, strengthening team capabilities
Contribute to business development, proposal creation, and client relationship management

You will combine deep finance expertise with consulting experience and a strong understanding of finance technologies and automation tools to help CFO organizations redesign their operating models and deliver measurable impact.
