Who we are looking for
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our dynamic regional team at Deloitte. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving financial performance by providing insightful analysis and strategic support. If you have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach, do not hesitate to apply.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Controlling or Finance department.
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills.
  • Great at multi-tasking and prioritizing.
  • Summarize and articulate complex financial information for decision-making.
  • Strong computer literacy - Microsoft Excel on advanced level, VBA will be a strong asset.
  • Attention to details and high quality of outputs.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing and demanding environment.
  • Strong ‘can-do’ mentality and ‘drive’ to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented person with can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CIMA or ACCA certification in progress will be an asset.

Your future role
As a Financial Controller in our team, you will report to Controlling Senior Manager in Technology & Transformation Department and work closely with Managing Partner, creating an impact by providing high value adding analysis.

You will be involved in the following areas:

  • Developing financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
  • Analyzing current and past trends in key performance indicators with constant monitoring of KPIs, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
  • Planning and forecasting for business units.
  • Monthly actual vs. plan variance analysis by business unit.
  • Control of contracts/projects financial management.
  • Development of analytical and reporting tools.
  • Preparation of management reports.
  • Continuous process improvements, standarization and automation of outputs in a structured and consistent manner,
  • Initiatives support.
  • On-going cooperation with Partners, Managers, accounting and HR team.

Selection process
First step - 54 min - tests on TestGorilla platform (Attention to Detail (Textual), Numerical Reasoning, Costing of Products and Services, English skills, Big5)
Second step - 30 min - phone interview with the Recruiter (both in Polish and in English)
Third step - 60 min - online professional interview with Team Manager and the Recruiter
Fourth step - 90 min - onsite interview with Team Manager and Director
